Toni wrote: “I saw a video of a toddler dressed as a BBL patient for Halloween. She was connected to a fake IV drip, had on a makeshift faja, and butt pads. Weird. She def has no clue what the costume is about. I wish parents would let their kids select their own child appropriate costumes.”
