Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Crying Illegal immigrant from Venezuela, Jesus Alejandro Rivas Figueroa, tried to shoplift JD Sports store as he was being housed at the Stratford Hotel on West 70th Street after entering the U.S. in September.

“He was crying. When he was apprehended, he was crying… Here he is committing these adult acts, that’s something you don’t expect a child to do, and then when he’s apprehended, he’s brought out in handcuffs crying,” said NYPD spokesman Carlos Nieves.
Jesus Alejandro Rivas-Figueroa and his two friends tried robbing a JD Sports store and were stopped by a security guard.
The teen then pulled out a .45-caliber handgun and fired into a crowd.
Nieves said that the teen would most likely be charged with attempted murder of a police officer.
The teen is from Venezuela and arrived in September.
