Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that CCTV footage showed moment Muslim boy, Md Fayaz, stabbed Neha Hiremath 24 times in broad daylight in viral video.
The daughter of a Congress Corporator was killed by her former classmate inside her college campus in Karnataka’s Hubballi on Thursday. The accused Fayaz has been arrested.
According to the police, Neha, 23, was the daughter of Congress Corporator Niranjan Hiremath. She was a first-year Masters of Computer Applications (MCA) student at BVB College.
The accused, Fayaz, also 23, was Neha’s ex-classmate. The CCTV footage from the campus showed Fayaz stabbing Neha several times with a knife and running away.
The accused has been identified as Fayaz, an MCA dropout and has been arrested in connection with the incident, police said, adding that both of them were batchmates during their BCA course. The entire incident was captured on CCTV camera footage.
According to the police, Fayaz entered the college campus with a knife and stabbed Neha five-six times. During the attack, he too sustained injuries and was shifted to the hospital along with the victim. However, Neha was declared dead on arrival.
