Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Burna Boy has said that Toni Braxton is getting 60% royalty after sampling her song on Last Last during interview on The Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast.
During an interview on The Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast, the podcasters wanted to know a few things about Burnaboy sampling Toni Braxton’s song ‘It Wasn’t Enough Men Enough.’
According to Burnaboy, he says the idea to sample Toni Braxton’s song was indeed his and it was a special creativity for his song. He says: “I just wanted to use that sample.’
He talked about how Chopstick made magic by sampling Toni Braxton’s song for Last Last after bringing the idea. Burnaboy says: “It was my idea to be honest. I knew Chopsticks will do something creative with it…”
Lastly, Burnaboy, confirmed that Toni gets 60% royalty from Last Last sales.
