Brazilian police have celebrated a young car thief, Paulo Rodrigo das Neves, on his 18th birthday a few days ago. According to reports, Paulo was caught on camera (CCTV) while stealing sound equipment and other parts from someone’s car. (Read More Here).
The birthday celebration took place at 5th Civil Police Precinct of Macau, Brazil. Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that an investigation has been launched to find out the police who carried out the shameful act by celebrating a thief on his 18th birthday.
In the trending video, Paulo was seen sitting in his chair as he got surrounded by police, who were singing “a birthday song” for him in Portuguese. After singing for him, he cut a piece of cake and handed it over to his mother, who was also present.
The policemen took turns in cutting their own pieces of cake. Paulo comes from Rio Grande do Norte region in Brazil.
