Nigerian food vlogger and nutritionist, Winnie of The Zeelicious Foods, has dropped an educative and informative video on how one can lose weight and best rice for consumption.
In the video, she explained how people can lose weight. She also revealed things a person should consider when planning to have rice at anytime of the day.
According to her, she says the best rice for consumption is the brown rice. Brown rice is healthier than the white rice, and it’s low in calories and protein.
