Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Ateneo shooter, Dr. Chao Tiao Yumol, currently in police custody of QCPD office in Camp Karingal, Quezon City after being arrested following Ateneo shooting. (Read More Here).

Three were reportedly killed, among them former Mayor Rose Furigay of Lamitan City in Basilan and an aide, Victor Capistrano, in an attack by a gunman at the Gate 3 of the Ateneo de Manila University at about 3:00 PM today, July 24.
The slain former mayor was to attend the graduation of daughter Hanna, from the Ateneo de Manila law school.
Hanna was wounded in the attack, according to relatives.
Responding policemen arrested the shooter, Ramil Nicomedez Hermo, and seized from him a .45 caliber Rock Island 1911 pistol and a Rugger 9 millimeter pistol.
The third fatality in the incident is a school security guard. (JULY 24, 2022).
