After showing up in a virtual court hearing half-naked and looking like she was lounging in bed, a judge from Colombia was suspended.

Known for sharing sensual photos on social media, Justice Vivian Polania attended the court while smoking a cigarette and wearing lingerie. According to TMZ, she also spoke slurredly while posing for the camera. At one point, Polania left her camera off for almost an hour before returning to the remaining portion of the hearing.

After the video went viral on social media, Colombia’s judicial disciplinary committee suspended her for three months without pay due to a lack of judgment and opened an inquiry. Despite the suspension, Polania maintains that she was not partially clothed and that she was in bed for the hearing due to low blood pressure and an anxiety attack. She said that because of her provocative attire, her coworkers had bullied her.
