Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Leaked court document from Superior Court of California shows Tory Lanez Not guilty on 2 counts, but guilty for having a firearm in the car that wasn’t registered.
According to reporter Meghann Cuniff, Deputy DA Alexander Bott gave his closing argument. During, he made sure to emphasize that this case was all about “Megan Pete, aka Megan Thee Stallion.” During his closing statements, Bott also showed the jurors a PowerPoint slide to support his comments.
Cuniff also reports that DA Bott reiterated Megan’s testimony from last week, where she spoke about coming forward and speaking her truth about being shot. DA Bott also reportedly said, “After more than two years of this torture [for Megan Thee Stallion, it’s finally time to hold Tory Lanez] accountable for his crimes.” Bott reportedly ended with, “If you believe Megan and what she said last Tuesday, this case is over. We’re done. If you believe Megan, that’s enough.”

Kelsey takes the stand
1. Kelsey admitted to lying to prosecutors about everything she told them in September, and states she don’t remember nothing from that night. Things that Kelsey told the prosecutors are listed below:2. Kelsey says she lied to prosecutors when she said:
“I saw Tory fire 3-5 shots at Megan when we got out the car”
“He offered me a million dollars and asked to do favors for me if I stayed quiet”
“Tory punched me”

That the numerous lies Megan have told on her during this process have left her riddled with anxiety and trauma. She relayed testifying today has triggered that anxiety.
Prosecutors asked Kelsey how she feels about the stories on social media that she shot Megan, Kelsey replied “it’s ridiculous anyone would think I shot Megan”

Kelsey says she pursued more than a friendship with Tory and began an intimate relationship with Tory after Megan encouraged her to do so. However when she caught Covid she had to go back home to Texas for 2 months. While she was gone Megan began sleeping with Tory too.

8. Kelsey said on July 11th 2020 Kylie invited her and Megan to hangout. She was adamant that it was NOT A PARTY. She corrected the court calling it a Party.

Kelsey stated after a couple rounds of Beer pong she got drunk and went upstairs to take a nap. When she woke up, she came downstairs and to her surprise Megan invited Tory to come over. She seen Megan, Kylie, and Tory in the pool. At this time Megan was “drunk and obnoxious”.
