Ugandan Lecturer gives freedom to students to cry during his difficult examination

An unidentified Ugandan Lecturer has given his students the freedom to cry during his examination that was held on the 29th of March, 2021. 

The question paper with the written instruction is currently flying around on social media. In the question paper, “Crying is allowed but please do so quietly” was seen as part of its instruction. 

The examination paper belongs to the students of department of Civil Engineering (Faculty of Engineering) at Kyambogo University. It was an instruction for the second semester exams. 

The instructions read:

1. This examination paper consists of six (6) questions. 

2. Attempt any four (4) questions for full marks.

3. ______

4. Crying is allowed but please do so quietly.
