Tshiamo Gemsbok Letshwiti is the true definition of ‘zero to hero,’ as he evolved from being a conductor, selling sweets to owning Gemsbok Travel and Tours Buses.
In an exclusive interview with Century Buzz, Letshwiti said he has always been a hustler since his school days. He mentioned that he grew up with the hustling trait, selling snacks and eventually becoming a business mogul.
“During weekends, I used to be a conductor. After getting money, I went to buy stock. I also bought my first cow with sweets money. As I was constantly advancing, I purchased a taxi, then proceeded to Combis and eventually buses,” narrated Letshwiti.
Fast forward to today, Tshiamo Letshwiti now owns a successful Bus Business Gemsbok Travel and Tours which commutes from Gaborone to Bokspits and Gaborone-Shakawe. Besides owning buses, he is also a flourishing Farmer.
Letshwiti concluded by urging Batswana to persevere and keep pushing with hope that their dreams will come true.
“I hope that as Batswana keep trying without losing heart, things will get there although there are ups and downs,” he said.
