Trigger-happy Police inspector who killed five people, while leaving four others critically injured has been arrested by the Enugu state Police Command. (Read More Here).
The Police inspector who was attached to RC Lotto Company allegedly opened fire on some residents of Golf Estate, Enugu at about 9.30 a.m.
It was gathered that he started shooting sporadically, leaving five persons dead and four persons with gunshot injuries.
It was not clear why the policeman was shooting but sources said he was drunk and started acting strange.
