Lobatse Magistrate Kaveri Kapeka will decide on the 11th of next month whether to grant bail to murder suspect, Lovemore Sithole or not. (Read More Here).
When making bail application this morning, Sithole said that he is taking care of his family, his pregnant wife and children.
Meanwhile, prosecutor Tamela Mbulawa argued that the police have not completed their investigations and that there is fear that the suspect might interfere with them.
Mbulawa added that police are still waiting for forensic and pathology results for the samples that were sent to the laboratories.
Sithole is being charged with the murder of Tlotso Karema who was reportedly killed in March this year.
