This is an insult to Christianity. No Clergy man wears this outside the alter. The is insulting and a desecration of Priestly Robes. The man wearing it being an APC of South East descent ought to know better. 

This is beyond comedy now. It’s like seeing a Lawyer wearing his gown outside Court Room or a Court Session. This is insulting I swear.
