Thuso Mbedu is the new face of a Christian Dior fragrance (Read More Here).

Together with a group of remarkable artists, Thuso Mbedu stars in the new campaign for Gris Dior, a scent that is part of La Collection Privée Christian Dior.

The 31-year-old Pietermaritzburg-born actor has been making huge strides in her career since her big break in Hollywood.

Mbedu’s first major role was on American television show TheUnderground Railroad. However, her big screen debut was in The Woman King.

Dior Beauty also took to their Instagram timeline where they shared a video of the South African-born star promoting the lux fragrance. 

In the video, Thuso revealed that wearing the lux fragrance makes her feel “bold and yet again a little bit fancy, sophisticated and mysterious.”

She also shared with the global brand that if she were a shade of Gris Dior, she would be “enigmatic with air of mystery and simple yet sophisticated.”

Thuso Mbedu herself shared this significant milestone in her life in a recent post on her official Twitter account. She was pretty laconic, using just the hashtag for the perfume, #GrisDior, with a picture of her to match. She looked beautiful – according to most people who commented on her tweet.
