The OR Tambo International Airport says it has been declared safe by the security cluster.
This is after the airport’s domestic arrivals were evacuated earlier. Airports Company South Africa have confirmed that a fake bomb threat was called at the domestic arrivals hall at OR Tambo International Airport today at 5pm.
After investigations, police and airport security declared the airport safe.
