The car driver who hit six motorcyclists on the NKVE on Sunday morning (June 4) has been released on police bail.
Police say the 26-year-old man is being treated for a broken shoulder.
Earlier, he was found to be driving with the alcohol level exceeding the permitted limit.
Three motorcyclists were killed and three others seriously injured after the driver lost control of his vehicle and crashed into them.
The motorcyclists were sheltering from the rain underneath a flyover when the incident occurred at 5.59am yesterday.
