Miami Herald drops bombshell, reveals that a Texas Sheriff just recommended criminal charges against those involved in Ron DeSantis tricking migrants into being flown from San Antonio to Martha’s Vineyard to be dumped for a photo op.
But it gets worse for DeSantis…
The Sheriff announced that “The case filed includes both FELONY and misdemeanor charges of Unlawful Restraint.”
Unfortunately for DeSantis, unlawful restraint is a misdemeanor unless the victim is younger than 17 — as is the case for five of the migrants. The illegal scheme was cooked up by DeSantis and carried out using Florida tax dollars by DeSantis’ Chief of Staff James Uthmeier.
