A Tanzanian drug dearler has died after swallowing his drugs following a raid was conducted by SAPS in one of building in Commissioner str in Joburg.
Other Foreign nationals who reside there blamed his death on cops and stated attacking the cops and burning tyres on the street.
When the pathologist Dr Mofokeng arrived at the scene, he inspected the body and he did not find any signs of physical harm. Post-mortem is expected to be conducted on Wednesday 2023/01/18.
The building that was being raided is believed to be accommodating drug dealers.
The Foreign Nationals staying there became violent at the scene accusing police that they assaulted and killed the deceased. They damaged SAPS vehicles by throwing stones, smashing windows.
Disrupting the officers from resuming with the drug raid that they were conducting.
