In November 2022, the commander of the Border Guard post in Sosnowiec obliged the Senegalese to leave Poland, banning him from returning to the Schengen area for three years. Despite this, the foreigner did not leave the country voluntarily. Only after the recent incident in Katowice did the Border Guard detain him again.
On Tuesday, August 21, the Senegalese was escorted to Warsaw-Okęcie airport, from where he flew to Senegal.
A few weeks ago, a video appeared online showing a naked man entering a swimming pool in Katowice and squatting in the water. The video quickly went viral, causing widespread outrage. The incident took place while the swimming pool was closed due to the detection of E. coli bacteria.
