Students of Unilag (University of Lagos) are currently reacting over the authority’s decision to write physical examinations within one week. The announcement went viral on many platforms and the information was sent by the DSA of Unilag.
According to the news sent by the DSA, 300-level to 500 level students are expected to write their exams in the school compound (on campus). 100 level and 200 level students will write theirs online. Students of Unilag are angry at the fact that they would have to write their examinations within 1 week.
The message reads: “*IMPORTANT NOTICE.* *REVISED FORMAT AND SCHEDULE FOR 1st SEMESTER 2019_2020 EXAMINATIONS.* The format and schedule for 1st semester 2019_2020 examinations have been revised as follows.
300 level students will be accommodated in the hostels for 1 week to write their examinations physically. 400 and 500 level students will be accommodated in the hostels the following week to write their exams physically on campus. 100 and 200 level students will write their exams online from theur various homes and will not be accommodated in the hostels. The details of the revised exam time table and the conditions for staying in the hostels for 300 to 500 level students will be announced in due course. DSA.”
