Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that SM Entertainment denied Chanyeol and Sehun’s transfer to different agency.
On the 17th, SM Entertainment announced to SPOTV News, “It is not true that Chanyeol and Sehun have moved to their agencies.”
Chanyeol and Sehun were embroiled in ‘transfer rumors’ that they were changing agencies to pursue personal activities. SM refuted the agency transfer rumors by saying, “The contract between SM and EXO members signed at the end of last year is valid and EXO’s activities will continue at SM.”
However, the possibility of individual activities was left open. SM stated, “Only for the member’s individual activities, we have decided to give conditional permission to carry out the activities through a corporation established by the member if the member wishes under the exclusive contract with SM.”
EXO also experienced conflict after Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin filed an exclusive contract dispute with SM. Both sides have dramatically resolved their conflict, and EXO is actively promoting, releasing songs such as ‘Exist’.
