Shooting broke out short while ago when police intercepted a convoy of cars carrying 20 armed gang members.
It is understood that a gang of 20 heavily armed suspects stormed one of the companies at an industrial park in attempt to steal solar panels.
Two suspects were shot dead and 11 were arrested in Tulisa Park near Germiston. Police recovered two AK-47s and eight handguns.
