Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Sbu identified as bodyguard of Dj Sumbody Oupa John Sefoka, who got shot dead and killed in Newscafe Woodmead. (Read More Here).
Real name Oupa John Sefoka, has passed away after an incident in Johannesburg on Sunday, 20 November 2022. Unconfirmed reports say the artist was shot.
The family has released a statement confirming the the news.
Taking to social media, popular South African tabloid wrote: “Oupa John Sefoka aka DJ Sumbody died after a shooting incident in Jozi this morning. When we say Woodmead Newscafe is dangerous some say we jealous a lot has been targeted from that spot, Rapes, kidnapping, spiking of drinks yet the police tend to turn a blind eye. #RIPSumbody.”
Another South African tabloid confirms: “Famous Dj & Socialite Oupa John Sefoka, aka DJ Sumbody was reportedly shot & killed in Pretoria. A family spokesperson confirmed his passing. May his soul RIP🕊🕊.”
The Dj and 2 of his crew members were coming back from a gig at Newscafe Woodmead the 3 were ambushed at Corner Woodlands and Woodmead drive near Engen Woodlands in Sandton. The area is flooded with LPR cameras.
