SAPS whistle-blower Patricia Mashale has been unlawfully charged for Crimen Injuria by warrent officer Van Wyk in Welkom.
“SAPS has turned civil matters into criminal matters,once again misusing state resources and abusing their powers.” Said Patricia.
In another news, Four police officers in Tembisa have been arrested for kidnapping, assault and robbery.
The officers abducted a victim from his home along with his safe. They drove him to a secluded area and beat him as they forced him to open the safe.
