Una juez del Distrito sur de California determinó que colaboró con las autoridades.
With the time he has been detained, Dámaso is eligible for release. It will now have to be decided whether he can remain in the United States or is deported to Mexico, where he is wanted for the 2017 murder of journalist Javier Valdés.
