The update is probably to coincide with the launch of the Batman Arkham Trilogy on the Nintendo Switch, which will be released on 1 December 2023 (after being delayed from its initial October 2023 release date).

In the meantime, you can head on over here for my breakdown of 2022’s The Batman’s ending and post-credits, as well as what to expect from a potential sequel.

The Batman universe has always been an integral part of the gaming world. The recent introduction of the suit from the 2022 film The Batman to the PC version of Batman Arkham Knight has generated quite a buzz, especially among the ardent fans.

Available exclusively on the Epic Games Store edition, the revelation came to light after avid gamer, Luke Flux, posted related screenshots on his Twitter profile. Intriguingly, these screenshots had their genesis in a dedicated Discord server for the game series, reflecting the vibrant community engagement that surrounds the game.

Batman: Arkham Knight was originally released in 2015 and served as the conclusion to the Arkham series of video games. The plot sees Batman take on some of his deadliest foes — including the Scarecrow, played by John Noble — after the death of the Joker in Arkham City. Multiple DLC packs were made for the game, allowing players to assume the role of characters like Batgirl, Nightwing, and the Red Hood.
