While promoting her fourth #SAVAGEXFENTY show, Rihanna explained what fans can expect to see this year when the big production premieres on November 9.

The superstar also gave a few updates on her album status, her upcoming Super Bowl performance and even talked about how she’s tackling all of that while protecting her son’s privacy.

Speaking about returning to the stage less than a year after giving birth, Rihanna told @apnews,

“If I’m going to leave my baby, I’m going to leave my baby for something special.” The multi-Grammy winner added that doing the Super Bowl “was now or never for me.” As we previously reported, Riri dropped her first new song in six years, the lead single for “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.” While most fans would assume that her new album is now on the way, she quickly shut down speculation that her Super Bowl performance also meant an album was set to happen soon. “That’s not true. Super Bowl is one thing. New music is another thing. Do you hear that fans?” she told the outlet while laughing. “The second that I announced this, I said, ‘Oh, my God, they’re going to think my album is coming. I need to get to work,’” she recalled.
