Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Republicans are Outrage as Jack Daniels uses transgenders to promote drinks.

Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire, a classic spirit that blends the bold character of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey with cinnamon liqueur, is partnering with some of America’s leading drag queens for “Drag Queen Mukbang,” a branded content series that pairs two popular Millennial food trends: mukbang and the drag queen brunch. Debuting during Pride Month on JackFirePride.com, the four episode series will feature YouTube sensation Patrick Starrr, Gia Gunn (“RuPaul’s Drag Race” Season 6), Eugene Lee Yang (The Try Guys) and Laganja Estranja (“RuPaul’s Drag Race” Season 6) serving up a virtual dining experience filled with food, Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire, laughs and all kinds of fabulousness. The stars will discuss the impact of COVID-19 on their lives and its impact in the LGBTQ+ community through off-the-cuff storytelling and testimonials.

“Jack Daniel’s gets drag culture — which is all about celebrating individuality and inviting others to accept you as you are,” said Trinity. “As someone from a small town in Alabama, I’m thrilled to be part of a series that promotes dialogue between different communities while raising visibility of LGBTQ+ people in rural areas.”

With bars, clubs and event spaces shuttered in the wake of the pandemic, drag queens and other self-employed entertainers who earn their livelihoods from performing at these venues have faced unprecedented financial hardship, which will be addressed by the “Drag Queen Mukbang” hosts in each video. With an aim to champion organizations and initiatives that support LGBTQ+ communities, Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire has also partnered with GLAAD and various local nonprofits across the country. A longtime supporter of the LGBTQ+ community, Jack Daniel’s parent company Brown-Forman has received a perfect score for 10 consecutive years on the Corporate Equality Index, a national report on corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.

With the show, Jack Daniel’s not only wanted to promote Tennessee Fire, but show how Pride celebrations that bring disparate people together can happen anywhere.

“The idea of three big city drag queens glamping out at the iconic Jack Daniel Distillery was an experience I couldn’t pass up,” said Bebe. “I had no idea what to expect, but the

distillery staff really rolled out the red carpet for us. Who would have thought we had so many fans in Lynchburg?”
