A relative of Jamie Lynn — the girlfriend of Floyd Mayweather — has committed suicide by hanging.
TMZ claims that 24-year-old Jarrett Johnson was found dead at Mayweather’s Las Vegas condo on Monday, after being discovered by a friend who arrived at the property at 4:30 PM. They immediately called the police, but by the time law enforcement officers arrived, Johnson was already dead.
Sources say that the passing of Johnson — who was a former quarterback in high school and professionally played at the Lindenwood University — has devastated Mayweather, given that the two had shared a long-standing friendship, which was apparent by the handful of social media photos they were seen in over the years.
His death has since been confirmed by friends and family members, who have taken to social media to pay tribute to the Southeast Missouri All-Region Athlete of the Year as cops continue to investigate what may have led Johnson to take his life. It was just in 2019 when his brother, Justice, was tragically killed at the age of 18.
