According to information, PnB Rock, was shot dead on September 12, 2022, exactly in the same month he was welcomed into the world.
LAPD sources tell us the case is moving in several concurrent directions — and one involves detectives digging into the late rapper’s personal life … especially when it comes to who he rubbed elbows with — or possibly butted heads with — resulting in would-be beefs.
This is an interesting development. Cops initially thought it was a fatal robbery — in which random thieves came across PnB and/or his girlfriend’s social media, saw what they were up to, and went on the attack. But why then didn’t they just snatch his chains and leave, rather than shooting him multiple times and killing him?
LAPD is looking at possible foes and taking steps to go through the 30-year-old rapper’s personal life to see who he was associated with. Authorities are checking contacts –specifically in–Atlanta and Philadelphia. Police are asking for people to come forward with tips they may have. PnB Rock’s rap lyrics are also being assessed for possible clues, also.
BET.com initially reported that the police believed he was shot and killed after a random robbery while dining with his girlfriend at a Roscoe Chicken & Waffles on September 12. It was first thought that his girlfriend’s reveal of their location had local thugs feeling froggy enough to come jack PnB Rock. However, the robbers left the rapper with his expensive jewelry.
The Philly rapper’s family is not only trying to determine his killer, but they are also waiting for authorities to release PnB Rock’s body to be able to give him a traditional Muslim funeral.
