Ramsey Noah is a year older again. He was born in Edo state to an Israeli father and a Yoruba mother who hails from Owo, Ondo state. He was born on the 19th of December 1970(49 years).
Ramsey made his directorial debut with the film “Living in Bondage:Breaking free in 2019.He obtained a diploma in Mass communication at the University of Lagos.
