Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that presidential candidate, Raila Odinga, has met close door with leadership of the Anglican Church led by Archbishop of Canterbury Reverend Justin Welby, in London, United Kingdom. (Read More Here).







According to information, Raila Odinga, discussed about the forthcoming election in Kenya with the Archbishop of Canterbury Reverend Justin Welby. 





“Kenyans are coming together. I’m determined to see a more united, peaceful, and loving Nation as our country embarks on the electioneering period. This is the conversation I had with my longtime friend the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, Head of the Worldwide Anglican Communion,” Raila said after the meeting with Welby. 

During their discussion, Archbishop of Canterbury Reverend Justin Welby said he was happy to meet and discuss properly with Raila Odinga. 

“Glad to meet Raila Odinga this week, after my meeting with William Ruto last week. We continue to pray for the people of Kenya, and for peaceful, free and fair elections this August,” he said.


Raila Odinga tweeted: “The Kenyan people are coming together. I’m determined to see a more united, peaceful, and loving Nation as our country embarks on the electioneering period. 

This is the conversation I had with my longtime friend @JustinWelby, Head of the Worldwide Anglican Communion.”
