R. Kelly survivor Jerhonda Pace, who was one of the first accusers to ever testify against the disgraced R&B star, made a strong claim in her Instagram Story today.
Again, Pace previously testified against Kelly in his federal sex trafficking case in New York — which ended with a conviction and the singer being sentenced to 30 years in prison. As for Kelly’s Chicago case, in September he was convicted of three counts of producing child pornography and three counts of enticing a minor to engage in sexual activity. Kelly faces a minimum of ten years in federal prison and a maximum of 20 years.
Sentencing for Kelly’s Chicago case is set for February of 2023. However, Pace took to her Instagram Story on Friday (November 4), and said he might be getting a dismissal — which is possibly due to be announced next week by Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx.
