Residents in Kroonstad in the Free State have embarked on a shutdown.
The residents took to the streets this morning in protest against the ever increasing blackouts by the deliberately sabotaged.
The shutdown March is currently in full swing. Following street are closed, MURRAY, subway at Cross, Hill and Steyn.
