Prosecutors say a Lollapalooza security guard was arrested after posting about a fake mass shooting in order to leave work early.

According to reports, 18-year-old #JanyaWilliams sent a message via TextNow to a witness’ cellphone which read: “Mass shooting at 4pm location Lollapalooza. We have150 targets.”

The teen also created a fake Facebook page under the name “Ben Scott,” and wrote a post that said, “Massive shooting at Lollapalooza Grant Park 6 p.m..” Both messages were reported to the FBI, and an analyst was able to trace the posts back to Janya.

Janya was taken into custody for questioning, and allegedly told detectives that she created the fake post because she wanted to leave work early. She has been charged with making a false terrorism threat, which is a felony, and Cook County Judge #MaryMarubio ordered that she be held on $50,000 bail. Janya is due back in court on Monday.Prosecutors say a Lollapalooza security guard was arrested after posting about a fake mass shooting in order to leave work early.
