Police have launched a man-hunt for a Facebook rapist who catfish catfished and allegedly raped an 18-year-old in Mgobodi bushes,Mpumalanga on Easter Sunday.
According to reports, the victim and the alleged suspected rapist met on Facebook after she accepted a friend request in February and thereafter started exchanging conversation, luring her into a relationship by means of a fictional online person.
Recently, the victim and suspected rapist met for the first time, and therefore the suspect took advantage of her in the bushes and afterwards, he fled the scene.
