Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that TMZ confirms Aaron Rodgers has purchased a $9.5M mansion in New Jersey.

It’s good to be Aaron Rodgers.

The future Hall of Famer purchased an eight bedroom, 10 bathroom, $9.5 million mansion this summer as he prepares for his first season with the New York Jets.

Does one dude need that many bedrooms and bathrooms? Of course not. But he’s Aaron Rodgers, so he does what he wants.

Anyway, the home is in Montclair, N.J. — roughly a 20-minute drive from MetLife Stadium. But even though he’s across the river, Rodgers can see the whole entire Big Apple from his living room.

Pegged as an “architectural masterpiece,” the home offers a sleek and contemporary design, which features walls of windows for optimal sunlight.

Situated on over 2 acres of land, the floor plan features a gourmet kitchen with a center island and bar seating. Quite a change from the Green Bay skyline, which includes one kind-of-tall building and maybe a Wendy’s.

But the view isn’t the only thing this 4,000-square-foot pad has going for it. The home features an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen and a loft above the living room. Rodgers, 39, made his glorious debut for the highly anticipated New York Jets season late last month when he showed up to training camp at the Atlantic Health Jets Training Center.

That center is just a half-hour drive from his new luxe pad. According to property records, the home was sold at the end of June for $9.5 million, the DailyMail reported. The report did not cite the specific address of the property, but said that Rodgers will have a “panoramic view” of the New York City skyline at his new home, which is located about a 20-minute drive from MetLife stadium.
