Nandipha Magudumana – or Dr Nandipha as she is commonly known – has a lot of explaining to do following her arrest alongside alleged boyfriend Thabo Bester in Tanzania. But the cosmetic aesthetics doctor is unlikely to count on the support of these celebrity pals.
The Sandton businesswoman is likely facing charges of being an accomplice to Bester’s prison escape in 2022. She’s also expected to face the music on allegations of insurance fraud and money laundering. She’s also accused of practising illegally, according to the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
Bester and Nandipha are expected to be deported to South Africa soon. Nevertheless, the only celebrities who have spoken out about Nandi’s alarming acts are Podcast and Chill presenters MacG and Sol Phenduka, who have voiced their horror. Nandipha debuted her firm, Optimal Medical Aesthetics Solutions, on the show last year during Women’s Month.
