Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that YFN Lucci appeared in court with bushy dreadlocks as he will serve about 3.5 months in jail and then he will be released and serve the rest of his sentence on probation.
As part of the negotiated plea, Bennett will get credit for time served, which began when he surrendered to charges on January 13, 2021.
As part of the negotiated plea, Bennett was sentenced to a 20 year sentence with 10 years to serve. That means that he has 10 years to serve in prison followed by 10 years of probation.
The father of 4 was initially facing numerous felony charges, including murder, which could’ve resulted in a life sentence without parole. Before receiving his sentence, Bennett apologized to victim’s family, as well as, his own family and friends and the court. Fresh off the news that YFN Lucci turned down a plea deal in the RICO and murder case against him, a new photo of the rapper has emerged.
It was shared on Lucci’s Instagram Stories on Monday, June 12, and it shows him sporting a head full of dreads while on a jail phone call.
Then once the pic was shared on another Instagram page, there were numerous calls to free the 28-year-old, who’s being charged with his involvement in the murder of 28-year-old James Adams, shot and killed in Southwest Atlanta in December of 2020.
