Vinicius Jr, Jude Bellingham, Rodrygo and Tchouaméni are all courtside watching the EuroLeague El Clásico tonight.

A lively defence saw the blaugranes make the early running, a three-pointer by Satoransky helping his side to a 6-14 lead. Only Tavares managed to score for the home side, who went into the second quarter 8-17 down after another three-pointer, this time by Abrines.

Willy Hernangómez was all over the court at the WiZink Center, and the lead extended to +14 (16-30) in the second quarter. The game was being watched by potential protagonists of the second El Clásico of the week at Montjuïc, namely Bellingham, Vinicius and Rodrygo, and they saw Real Madrid close the gap to 28-30 at the break.

Two days before El Clasico, Bellingham, Vinicius Junior, Rodrygo, Eduardo Camavinga, and Aurélien Tchouaméni, among others, were in the stands to watch Real Madrid host Barcelona in a EuroLeague basketball clash on Thursday night. Madrid held on for a narrow 65-64 win in what Los Blancos will hope is a precursor to the game at Camp Nou on Saturday.

Carlo Ancelotti’s team sit top of La Liga, one point and two places above Barca. A win would take Madrid four points ahead of their bitter rivals but a loss would see Xaxi’s side leapfrog this weekend’s visitors.
