Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Ukraine gave Israel 0 points in televote at the 2024 Eurovision.

Switzerland won this year’s Eurovision Song Contest in Malmo, Sweden, while Israel finished in fifth place overall in a competition that was engulfed by politics and controversies.

Israel, represented by Eden Golan singing “Hurricane,” received the second-highest tally in the public vote, but was only 12th overall in the jury vote, which led to its fifth-place finish. Israel got 323 points in the televote, trailing only Croatia, which received 337 and wound up in second place overall.

And their score was boosted by a full 12 points from UK viewers, with BBC presenter Graham Norton revealing the outcome of the public vote on home soil, after Switzerland’s Nemo had been crowned overall winner, having had a healthy lead based on jury votes and scoring well with viewers.

One of this year’s returning artists, Here Björk of 🇮🇸 Iceland, took the dubious honor of last place in this semi-final. “Scared of Heights” only received 3 points. They received 1 of those points from Cyprus.
