Taking to social media, popular Trans activist, shared the tweet as she told parents to be careful with their children eating chocolate, especially Kitkat.
Eli Erlick wrote: “Remember to check your kids’ Halloween candy carefully this year. I just found 80MG of estradiol in this Kitkat bar. Stay safe out there.”
