Information reads: “First look at the new ‘FAIRLY ODDPARENTS’ series

Premieres May 20 on Nickelodeon.”

Step aside, Timmy Turner, there’s a new child in need of some fairy godparents. Nickelodeon has released the first trailer for The Fairly OddParents: A New Wish, introducing audiences to 10-year-old Hazel Wells.

A New Wish will premiere on Nickelodeon on Monday, May 20 at 4:30/3:30c. The upcoming animated series follows Cosmo and Wanda from the original cartoon as they retire and relocate from Dimsdale to Dimmadelphia. However, their retirement is short-lived after deciding to reveal themselves to their new next-door neighbor, Hazel, who has been feeling slightly adrift ever since her brother left for college, and she moved to a new city with her dad.

In the half-hour premiere, “Fly,” Hazel tries to run away from home, leading her to discover that her weird neighbors, Cosmo and Wanda, are really Fairy Godparents in disguise.

As previously announced, The Fairly OddParents: A New Wish stars Ashleigh Crystal Hairston (Tiny Toons Looniversity, Craig of the Creek) as the voice of Hazel Wells, joining The Fairly OddParents alums Daran Norris (The Loud House, The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder) as the voice of Cosmo and Susanne Blakeslee (The Loud House, Amphibia) as the voice of Wanda.
