Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Thandolwethu Manda wants to have skin to skin sex with a female employee in viral WhatsApp screenshot.

He named the official as Thandolwethu Manda, who reportedly faced the allegations on social media.
Mabuyane said he had also appointed “prominent persons” to constitute an investigating panel to look into the allegations.
The panel includes social activist, Petros Majola, Pamela Tshwete and Yvonne Badi”.
“I am calling on all those who have experienced sexual abuse and or harassment in the workplace to use the panel that has been appointed.
“I also call on anyone who has experienced this kind of abuse to report the matter to the police for investigation, ensuring perpetrators face justice I want to have you without a condom please. I want to look at your face when I have sex with,” the Premier added.
