Playing in the Champions League for Manchester United means a lot to new boy Rasmus Hojlund – and he doesn’t care who knows it.

Fans couldn’t help but spot the summer signing’s reaction to hearing the tournament’s famous anthem on-field for the first time on Wednesday. Hojlund, 20, started against Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena and scored on his European debut for United – though he couldn’t help his side slumping to a 4-3 defeat in Germany.

But the Denmark international was at least temporarily left with a massive grin across his face after one of football’s most recognisable tunes came on over the speakers. And viewers shared mixed reactions at the sight, with some taking the opportunity to warn youngster Hojlund he’s in for some hard times.
