Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Police confirm boyfriend, Ognjen D, was the one who killed 18-year-old transgender, Noa Milivojev, in Serbia.
According to the order on conducting the investigation. it is suspected that on an unspecified day, in the period from June 17 to July 6, in the apartment where he reportedly lives in the center of Belgrade, he killed the victim Noa Milivojev in a cruel and insidious manner.
Based on the Prosecution’s statement, it is concluded that the murdered Noa still has the legal status of a male person, because the Prosecution’s statement formally refers to her as a man.
An 18-year-old transgender woman from Serbia has been found dead after being missing for nearly three weeks.
Noa Milivojev’s body was found on July 6 in the capital, Belgrade. Local reports say that her body was found cut up and placed in several bags and bins.
A suspect has been arrested and has reportedly admitted to killing her.
Last night a vigil was held in the city centre to remember Milivojev, but soon after it finished, the memorial was trashed by several men. One of Milivojev’s friends – who is also trans and spoke to VICE News on condition of anonymity, because they are scared of a backlash from right-wing groups – said the men were “clearly wanting to be transphobic.”
They added: “There has been so much transphobic hate aimed at Noa since she was found dead. She didn’t deserve any of this. The guys ripped up our trans pride flags, tore apart our flowers, and kicked the candles we’d left.” Noa Milivojev is a trans girl, born in Kovil, who often came to Belgrade to visit friends and her boyfriend. She had been in a relationship with Ognjen D. (33), who was arrested for her murder, for less than a year, and on that fateful June 17, when all traces of her were lost, she went to his house.
The Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade announced, which revealed how Ognjen D. killed Noah.
He did this by, as is suspected, when NM, with whom he was in an emotional relationship, came to his apartment, the suspect entered into a verbal and physical conflict with him, and most likely took his life by strangulation and with the help, most likely with a knife, cut his body into several parts. Then he arranged those parts of the body in a larger PVC box, a smaller PVC barrel, a smaller water balloon and a PVC bucket, into which he then poured an unknown chemical, in order to chemically decompose all the parts of the deceased’s body, i.e. all his tissue and bones, and in this way it was easier to get rid of the body and hide all the traces – according to the statement of the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade.
The killer kept parts of the body in, it is assumed, sulfuric acid, which makes it even more difficult for the competent authorities to determine the date of death.
