Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Picture of Meru County blogger, Daniel Muthiani, dead body goes viral as his tongue cut, eyes gouged and body doused with sulphuric acid.
Information reads: “In Meru county, a blogger called Daniel Muthiani aka Sniper, was subjected to torture, killed, his tongue cut, eyes gouged and body doused with sulphuric acid. All because of politics. Where is humanity? Will justice take course?”
Details have emerged on the final minutes of murdered Meru blogger Daniel Muthiani, popularly known as Snipper.
An autopsy done on the body revealed that the blogger met his death after being strangled on the neck.
According to Government pathologist Johansen Oduor who conducted the postmortem, the deceased had marks on his neck and exhibited signs of lacking oxygen prior to death, pointing to the direction of being strangled to death.
He adds that there were no defence injuries and thus raising questions on whether he was subdued to a level where he could not defend himself. The pathologist confirmed that Sniper’s body parts were intact.
Family members said the postmortem was done in a satisfying manner and appealed to security agencies to arrest culprits for justice to be served.
Sniper disappeared on December 2, and his body was discovered on December 16, 2023.
