Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Outrage as referee, Nasrullo Kabirov, gave unseen penalty to Qatar even though the contact given was a body charge and the Qatar player was seen diving.
The controversial decision of Kabirov was made when he gave a second yellow card to Ivar Jenner. At that moment, Jenner was considered to have committed a foul against Saif Eldeen Hassan. The referee then gave a yellow card, which was the second yellow card for Jenner. However, in the replay, the contact between Jenner and Hassan was very minimal.
