Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Mexican Jeffrey Dahmer, Miguel Cortés Miranda, also raped and killed 32-year-old woman, Viviana Elizabeth Garrido Ibarra, in his house after Tinder meeting in Iztacalco, Mexico.

Mexico City Prosecutor Ulises Lara told reporters that when searching for evidence inside the possible serial killer’s apartment, detectives found “biological material,” though the Associated Press noted that he did not specify what that is. Authorities also found blood stains, bones, a saw, cell phones, and missing women’s ID cards.

However, Lara admitted that the most chilling thing they found was “a series of notebooks that may well be narrations of the acts that Miguel carried out against his victims.”

Surveillance camera showed the pharma biological chemist approaching her home moments after her mother, Cassandra, had left for an errand.

María José was preparing herself to leave for school when Cortés sexually assaulted and then stabbed the teenager. Cassandra then returned to the home and saw him walking out of her daughter’s room.

Cortés plunged the blade into Cassandra’s face and back as she tried to stop him from leaving. Cortés attempted to flee, but was stopped by neighbors, who beat and held him until the police arrived.

‘The first thing I see is a blood stain. I see my mom lying on the couch bleeding. She had a stab wound in her face and another in her back. She was in shock,’ María Fernanda told reporters.

‘My sister was dead. She was in a very strange position with her pants down, her shirt up. Why?’

On Thursday, the Mexico City Attorney’s General Office searched Cortés’ apartment in the same building where the teenager lived and discovered seven human craniums, human remains and identification cards.

They also seized several saws and chemical substances. Miguel Cortes, if he does turn out to be a serial killer, would not be the first to have made Mexico City his hunting grounds as the city has been a haven for the authorities there, lacking the proper funding, training, or professionalism to tackle such cases.
